Description

The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is interested in procuring Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Service at Woodcock Creek Lake/Union City Dam, Saegertown,Pennsylvania. Services include grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, janitorial services, and solid waste removal. The effective period of the contract will be from 1 March 2001 through 28 February 2002, with four (4) one-year option periods. Requests for specifications must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at the above address or fax to (412) 644-5109. Release of the solicitation is anticipated for 22 December 2000. Receipt of proposals will be 30 days from the date of issuance of solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business.
