- USDA Forest Service intends to enter into a firm fixed price contract for construction services for supply and installation of rubber flooring for the gym floor at the Flatwoods Job Corps Center in Coeburn, VA. The Job Corps provides young adults the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employmnet upon graduation.
