Description

The Air Armament Center at Eglin AFB FL intends to out-grant access to one lighthouse and two keepers' quarters at the Cape San Blas Lighthouse Station in Gulf County FL for the purpose of restoring and preserving these historic structures. The primary objective is to lease all three structures to an entity that demonstrates the financial and technical ability to rehabilitate, maintain, and preserve these structures in accordance with the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings.
