Description

Furnish all parts, labor, materials, and equipment necessary in performing all operations in the repair of drainage in Military Family Housing (MFH). The project involves regrading of about 60 yards in military family housing; installing drainage pipes, installing rock retaining walls, and seeding/sodding as specified to ensure proper drainage around the housing units. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 to $500,000. The estimated performance period for this project is 365 calendar days from the date notice to proceed is issued. The standard industrial classification (SIC) for this procurement is 1629, and the small business size standard is $27 million. This is a negotiated procurement and there will not be a public bid opening. The solicitation will be unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. The solicitation will be distributed on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov on or about 21 Dec 2000. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available.
