Description

This acquisition is for maintenance of 807 family housing units and nine dormitories at Robins AFB GA. Operational performance will begin approximately 1 Apr 2001. The contract will include a seven-month basic period and four annual options and a six-month contingency option. The total maximum length of the contract will be approximately 61 months including one month of orientation. No solicitation is available at this time; however, interested parties may obtain the draft Performance Work Statement and other pertinent information via the internet at http://pkec.robins.af.mil/pkobiz.htm. The proposed contract is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210 (formerly SIC code 8744). A presolicitation conference and site visit will be scheduled in the very near future.
