1) 4420-99-736-0401, Heat Exchanger (Cooler, Fluid, Industrial) Alsthom/Serck part number OD29652/44765-1081. Quantity 4 each. FOB Destination delivery to USCG ELC, Baltimore MD 21226-5000. This item is used on the Paxman Diesel engines in USCG 110_ Cutters. NOTE: No drawings or specifications are available from this agency. Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable only the Alsthom/Serck part number as indicated above will be considered. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for item individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. The SIC code for this solicitation is 3519 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation.
