THIS NOTICE MODIFIES THE PREVIOUS NOTICE DATED 10/23/2000 IN THAT THIS PROCUREMENT IS NOW SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Government has a requirement for one truck, diesel-engine driven, tilt cab type chassis equipped with a custom body mounted on chassis frame. The gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) shall not exceed 33,000 pounds. The body shall contain three rooms plus a restroom. The vehicle is to be used for conducting clinical research studies. Request for Proposal (RFP) number FFAH-TT-010526-N. Shipment is FOB Destination and delivery is 180 days after receipt of order (ARO). Vehicle must meet the specifications in the solicitation. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is not set aside for small business. For those seeking a copy of this solicitation, it will be issued on or about November 8, 2000, close on or about December 12, 2000 and be available by downloading off the Electronic Posting System (EPS at:[http://www.eps.gov]).
