A paper copy of this solicitation will not be availabe to the requesters. This item is being procured in accordance with Boeing Helicopters (77272) part number 114RS312-1 Rev B. This is a source control item and must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control drawing. COCQ is required in accordance with clause 52.246-9000. Approved source(s): RBC Transport (09455) and New Hampshire Ball Bearings (15860). This is a critical application item. Estimated quantity 550 with 100% option quantity, FOB destination, QAP B02, Delivery 100 DARO, inspection/acceptance origin. All deliveries will be made to one of DLA's stock location, with an anticipated delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the RFP. See Note 26
