Specifications, plans or dwgs relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This item is configuration control. Any offerors wishing to submit parts manufacturered by a source not included in the Procurement item description must submit a complete technical data package for review. This procurement is unrestricted and contains a 100% option for increased quantity. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is requested. Note 26 applies. ABVS applies -- the final award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
