Description

Amendment 0002 is issued to add First Article Testing to solicitaiton EP1701-01. Two units are to be considered as First Article units and a test report shall be provided to FMC, UNICOR Lexington, attn: James Jones, QAM. The test report shall provide evidence and inspection data of environmental tests performed and any additional requirements per drawing 80063-SM-F-890225, Rev. K. Production units and First Article requirements shall be GSI. Delivery of First Article units and reports shall be no later than 120 days from date of contract award. Once First Article units and reports have been delivered to the UNICOR, Lexington facility, the government will have up to 30 days to approve or disapprove First Article. The completed units are to be painted and identfied per notes on drawing SM-D-890224 only. The following clause 52.209-4 First Article Approval is hereby incorporated into the solicitation package. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
