Description

Velocity Stents RFQ 546-21-01. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepard in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The VA Miami, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Cordis Corp. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitatin will be issued. Solicitation RFQ 546-21-01 is issued as a reques for proposal and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 46. The NAICS Code is 325414. Small Business Size Standard is 5 Million. Contractor shall provide the Veterans Administration in Miami, Florida, Various Sizes of Velocity Stents on consignment basis.
