Description

AORTIC VALVES RFQ 546-20-01. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepard in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The VA Miami, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Instrument Associates Inc. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitatin will be issued. Solicitation RFQ 546-20-01 is issued as a reques for proposal and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 46. The NAICS Code is 325414. Small Business Size Standard is 5 Million. Contractor shall provide the Veterans Administration in Miami, Florida, Various Sizes of Aortic Valves on consignment basis. The requested sizes and descriptions are as follows: Reduced aortic valves reduced sewing cuff size 19MM, 21MM, 23MM, 25MM, 27MM, Supra-Annular aortic valves "top hat" sewing cull sizes; 19MM, 21MM, 23MM, 25MM, 27MM, Mitral valves standard sizes; 25MM, 27MM, 29MM, 31MM, 33MM, AND Instrument Tray Set-Tray with Instruments for use with Model IS-104.
