Description

Receiver Test Bench applicable to the APQ-175 system. 1 Ea; IAW Statement of Work. Stock class 66 and NAICS code 334515 apply. Sole Source to SEI, St Louis MO; cage code 20418. This is a FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors); 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items); 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-commercial items); 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions-commercial items); and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders-commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be adherence to the specification and price and price related factors. SEE NOTE 22: sole source to SEI, St Louis MO. ALL Contractors wishing to do business with Dept of Defense MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
