Description

The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ intends to enter into a three-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), on a sole source basis, with Ohio State University, 190 N. Oval Mall, Columbus, Ohio 43210-1321 to participate in the research consortium of the Transportation Research Center at OSU. There is currently no equivalent opportunity available in technological areas of specific interest to the USAYPG. This notice of intenct is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the response date specified within this notice will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
