Description

17. The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center intends to solicit services to provide a Preventative Maintenance Inspections and On -- site Intervening Service Calls for Three (3) Reverse Osmosis Systems in Laboratory and One (1) Reverse Osmosis System in Hemodialysis. Contractor shall provide bi-weekly PMI's between the hours of 8:00a.m. until 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday,excluding Federal Holidays,for each system listed in the Contract to be performed in accordance with the schedule for PMI's. Contractor shall service all items including Accuternerts on the R.O. System . Contractor shall schedule PMI's in advance with the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR).Period of performance shall be from the date of award through September 30, 2001. All requests for Solicitations must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Requests for solicitations may be requested by fax at (440)838.6052. Solicitations will be available December 8, 2000.
