Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting proposals for Guest Services and Facility Operations and Maintenance Services at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. One or two contracts may be awarded from this solicitation. Guest Services include hotel reservations, front desk operations, food and beverage services, laundry, housekeeping, shuttle transportation, classroom/meeting room setup, and mail room operations. Facility Operations, Maintenance and Repair includes facility systems engineering, maintenance and repair, materials handling, warehousing, and motorpool operations. The proposed contract includes a base year plus four, one-year options. A cost-plus-award-fee contract is contemplated. Technical proposals will be received via oral presentations. RFP No. 982101R100 will be available on or about December 20, 2000 and may be accessed on the internet at ideasec.nbc.gov OR www.eps.gov. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for January 19, 2001. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. See Note 26
