Description

Provide Basic Life Supoort Ambulance, Advanced Life Support Ambulance, and Wheelchair Van Services to the beneficiaries of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion and Fort Wayne campuses. Ambulance services are to be provided on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven-(7)days-a-week basis, including holidays. The contract period will be for one year form the date of award, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for two additional one-year option periods.
