Description

Provide emergent and non-emergent ambulance services (BLS and ALS) for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) from date of award to September 30, 2001, with four (4) one-year options to renew. Three (3) Contracts maybe awarded (Baltimore/Fort Howard area, the Maryland Eastern Shore area, and the Perry Point, Maryland area). All request for bidding documents must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer (90C), VA Maryland Health Care System, PO Box 1000, Building 101, Room 26, Perry Point, Maryland 21902-1000, please include mailing address, telephone/fax numbers and contact person. No telephone requests will be accepted. Please include, with request, a $10.00 non-refundable company check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Solicitation will be issued on or about 12/11/00, on a first-come, first-serve basis, only 20 sets will be available. Offers are tentatively due 1/5/01 by close of business 4:00PM local time.
