Description

The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for sites in Franklin, NY 13775. The site size desired is in a range from 1.5-2 acres excluding setbacks, easements, drainage and water retention, septic requirements, and any other unusual conditions affecting development and use. The optimum site dimensions are 295 feet of frontage by 295 feet of depth. The preferred site area is bounded as follows: within the limits of the Village of Franklin with preference given to Main St. locations in the downtown business district. Offers must be submitted on a USPS Assignable Option to Purchase Agreement and shall provide a minimum of 12 months for acceptance of the offer. Proposals will be received through January 5, 2001.
