Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Programs Center will be issuing an Invitation For Bids for new construction work at the Leon M'ba International Airport, Libreville, Gabon, Africa. Construction work for this project will be procured under one contract which includes three options. Primary construction activities include site work, grading, drainage improvements, installation of a perimeter security fence, placement of one 30.5 meter x 15 meter steel reinforced foundation, slab, and ramp and installation of bollards, reinforced concrete generator pad, and exterior lighting pole with fixture. Options include additional concrete pads and electrical service work and may or may not be awarded depending on the availability of funds. Magnitude of proposed construction project including options is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of construction performance is 120 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued.
