Description

A MARKET SURVEY is being conducted to determine if there are adequate SBA Certified 8(a)/HUBzone, SBA Certified 8(a), or SBA Certified HUBZone firms to set-aside this proposed contract for SBA Certified 8(a)/HUBzone, SBA Certified 8(a), or SBA Certified HUBZone. The proposed contract will be for the Construction of a new Army Reserve Training Center and will consist of a 20,000 square foot training building, 5,000 square foot maintenance building and 500 square foot unheated storage building on an existing farming lot. The site work will include excavation to support construction of a retention basin, 17,000 square yards of paved asphalt driveways and parking lots for private and military vehicles. Chain link fence with subsurface concrete storm water drainage system. Septic tank system with low pressure drainage field. The facilities will include standing seam metal roof, cmu and brick ceramic tile, hollow metal doors and frames, class 5 vault door, toilet partitions and accessories, wood doors, overhead rolling doors, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, structural steel framework, steel studs, drywall, aluminum windows and doors, furniture systems, equipment storage racks, folding partition, loading dock, 10 ton overhead crane, recycle wash system, electrical systems, communication systems and mechanical systems. NAICS Code is 23332 (SIC Code 1542). The estimated cost range is $1,000,000. to $5,000,000. with an estimated construction duration of 330 days.
