- SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to upgrade the Pascagoula Range _C_ towers in Pascagoula, MS. The work includes the removal of optics and range boards, increasing the height of the rear range by fabricating and installing a 20_ tower section, fabricating and installing new optic stands, and upgrading the electrical systems to include new wiring, new 480-120 volt 3 KVA transformer, and new 120 volt service disconnect switches. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 60 calendar days from notice to proceed date. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offeror. The anticipated award date is January 30, 2000. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234990, with a size standard of $17.0M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
