Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Fluorescent lighting fixture, precision architectural lighting model #AR620-8-c-LP/LP-WE-277-2-ELB, fixture mounting cable and wiring cable needs to be 2_ 6_ long, if coupling hardware is required to mount fixtures end to end the need to be included in the price per fixture, quantity seventy (70) ea. This acquisition is set-side for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335122, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, sic code, business size std, and Duns number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notice and a purchase order will be awarded soon after receipt of quotes. Quotation may be faxed to 202-874-3135; no phone request will be accepted.
