Description

Description. Artwork, framed print with matting, security hardware and installation; 147 pictures (addition information will be provided upon request). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Note 1 -- The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commerical Items) 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commerical items), 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions -- commerical items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commerical items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and price related factors; all or none. Quotations may be faxed to (912) 926-3569. The anticipated award date will be January 05, 2001. Must be in CCR to receive award of any DOD order. RESPONSE TIME: All quotes due in by 00Dec15.
