Description

The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) intends to issue a solicitation for commercially available services in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Finance Board is seeking a contractor or contractors to paint the interior walls of the building and replace carpet throughout. The contractor shall be licensed, insured and bonded in the District of Columbia. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The offeror shall schedule an appointment, during the time of December 19-21, 2000 8:00AM 11:30AM and 12:30 PM 2:00 PM., with the Contracting Officer, to tour the building.
