Description

This is a Sole Source Acquisition to ITT Avionics, Clifton, New Jersey. The U.S. Army CECOM, proposes to procure a Time and materials contract for five years for engineering support and services, including studies and evaluations for the Suite of Integrated Radiio Frequency Countermeasure, AN/ALQ-211(V) Engineering and Manufacturing Development, Low Rate Initial Production and Full Rate Production programs. Services incude development of aircraft specific cabling and mounts, test support, technology isertion efforts, modeling and simulatio efforts, software upgrades, maintenance and logistics support, production efforts, threat analysis and system engineering. A level III drawing package is not available for this system. A minimum clearance level of SECRET is required. Plans or Drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. See Notes 22 and 26.
