Description

This Procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BMC Software for Software Maintenance of existing BMC products located at Marshall Space Flight Center, AL (MSFC). Specific software is identified in RFQ (attached hereto). Interested parties have ten (10) days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e., technical specifications, brochures, and pricing) in the critical areas identified in RFQ. Said informatiom shall be used by CSC solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received without the required information, including pricing and completed Representations and Certifications, may be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. A determination by CSC not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis, is solely within the discretion of CSC.
