THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THE GOVERNMENT IS LOOKING FOR SOURCES THAT CAN OR COULD PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: A web based automated requirements system. It will need to be operational on a Windows NT and IIS system. Customers will input requirements into this website on different formats and sent to a specific office. A tracking number will be automatically assigned for each requirement. The requirement will have to be routed to several different offices for a technical solution and will need tracking capabilities. The customer or office should be able to pull up the document number to check the status at anytime. We would also want the requirement submissions limited to a particular set of people and only view capability for their requirements. We want the capability to input a technical solution and forward to another office. When completed it will be forwarded back to the customer or a message sent to the customer indicating his technical solution is completed for view or print. We will need to be able to store this data for a year and have backup capability at the end of the fiscal year, and retrieval capability anytime. Will need the capability to input information at multiple locations at the same time. AGAIN THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. WE ARE CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH.
