- USDA Forest Service; Pacific Southwest Region, intends to contract for three contractor operated multi-engine, high-wing aircraft to be a platform for an Air Attack supervisor conducting wildland fire reconnaissance and directing aerial fire suppression activities. Following are the bases and performance periods for each site: Fresno, California -- 5/22-10/31; Santa Barbara,California -- 6/1-11/7; and Porterville, California -- 5/22-10/31. The solicitation is expected to be issued on 1/4/01. The contract time is one year with four option years.*****
