Description

USDA Forest Service; Pacific Southwest Region, intends to contract for three contractor operated multi-engine, high-wing aircraft to be a platform for an Air Attack supervisor conducting wildland fire reconnaissance and directing aerial fire suppression activities. Following are the bases and performance periods for each site: Lancaster (Fox Field), California- 6/15-11/15; San Bernardino, California -- 6/2-11/2; and Ramona, California -- 6/2-11/16. The solicitation is expected to be issued on 1/4/01. The contract time is one year with four option years.*****
