Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide Home Oxygen Deliveries and Related Respiratory Services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, Pa 18711 in accordance with contract specifications. Contract period is (1) one year with (2) two twelve-month pre-priced renewal options. Bidders must be JCAHO Accredited. SOL will be issued o/a 12/18/00.
