Description

30 CONS/LGCB is seeking commercial sources with the technical expertise to provide support services for the 576th Flight Test Squadron at Vandenberg AFB, CA. Small Businesses with the required technical expertise are encouraged to participate in this acquisition. Interested parties intending to submit a proposal are requested to submit a capability statement to the Government. The statement should demonstrate your capability to provide the required services in accordance with the Draft Statement of Work. These services include Launch Facility Refurbishment, Equipment/Launch Facility Corrosion Treatment, Maintenance Programs Management, Training Management, Vehicle/Equipment Issue and Control, and Environmental Compliance Management. If teaming, offerors must demonstrate a contract management structure that allows for a single contractor accountable for total performance responsibility, and a plan that provides for the small business members of the team to perform at least 50% of the work. Responses are due on 11 December 2000.
