Description

This procurement will utilize Source Selection Procedures, and selection of the successful contractor will be based upon Best Value. Price will be weighted as 50% and Technical Factors will be weighted as 50%. The technical evaluation factors to be addressed are considered of equal importance and are as follows: Factor A -- Technical Qualifications; Factor B -- Past Performance; Factor C -- Technical Response; and Factor D -- Small Business Subcontracting. A pre-proposal Conference will be held on 01 February 2001 at 9:00 A.M. at the office of NFEC Field Office Pensacola, 520 Turner Street, Pensacola, FL 32508-5225.
