Description

Contract Duration includes base year with the Government's option to renew for four additional one year periods. Contract period for base year is 1 February 2001 thru 31 January 2002 (or date of award, whichever is later). Solicitation available on or about 27 December 2000 on the St. Louis District webpage, see below. To qualify under this solicitation, the size standard is a concern and its affiliates having average annual receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $12,000,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by this agency. See Note 1.
