Description

The Seattle District, Corps of Engineers has a requirement for Janitorial Services for the Chief Joseph Dam Project, Bridgeport, WA including the Resident Office, Project Office, Warehouse, Security Station, Visitor Center, and other areas frequented by the public. The contract will include the Base Year with 4 Option Years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 56172 and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7349 with size standard of $12.0 million. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. Disks will be available on or about 26 December 2000 at no charge per set; issued on a first come, first served basis. No phone requests accepted. Firms desiring a copy of the EBS must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct/ The disks will be mailed when available. They will also available from the District Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
