Jacket 646-566. Uncle Sam Posters (APA 01-634). Posters printing 4-color process plus aqueous coating. 52,525 posters 11 x 14", mounted with easels. 7,725 posters 22 x 28" flat. 25,057 posters 22 x 28" folded. One set of film negatives provided for each size poster. 22 x 28" flat and folded posters otherwise same except for minor copy change in black. Stock White No. 1 Coated Text, Gloss finish, 80 lb. equal to JCP Code A181. Easeled poster must be mounted to 20 to 24 pt printing blanks. At contractor's option, can be printed directly on smaooth finish white gloss coated one side printing blanks. Single wing easel must be mounted to back of 11 x 14" posters. Cannot be constructed out of the same sheet as the poster. Quality Level I required. Bids due by 2 p.m. Chicago, IL prevailing time on December 12, 2000. Material available for pickupt December 14, 2000. Deliver complete (must be received at destinations) by January 19, 2001.
