Description

The Government, in support of the Armed Forces Radio and Television Broadcast Services-Broadcast Center (AFRTS-BC), wishes to contract for Broadcast Operation Support Services. The services required by this contract include the following: TV Traffic Scheduling to include all needed tasks to provide daily TV traffic products to support broadcast operations from AFRTS-BC; TV Offline Services to include, but not limited to, program source verification, record assets management, record (offline) set-up, recorded program quality, record (ingest) verification, and slugging recorded program material; and TV Program Preparation services and supervision to include, but not limited to, editing program material, digitize (ingest) program material, and slug (segment) program material 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday Friday. Performance of the contract will be within the AFRTS-BC located at 1363 Z Street, March ARB, CA 92518-2017. The acquisition will result in a labor-hour type contract for a base-year and two option periods. This acquisition is unrestricted -- open to both large and small businesses. The NAICS for this acquisition is 512191 and the small business threshold is 21.5 million. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing, and indicate the business size of the requestor.
