Description

The Naval Regional Contracting Center, Bahrain Detachment, on behalf of the Naval Support Activity Bahrain Disaster Preparedness Office, intends to issue a sole source contract to CHEMWARN Solutions, Bristol, Rhode Island, for on-site training services, curriculum development services, and related and associated technical and expert services in the area of Chemical, Biological, Radiological Defense. Services will include development of curriculum and training materials, preparation of equipment, training of Emergency Response Teams, Allied personnel, and other military and civilian personnel. The requirement includes assessment of site vulnerabilities, development of mitigation plans, and preparation of equipment requirements. Contractor personnel must be highly qualified and experienced in CBRD and be qualified to perform equipment and weapons training.
