Description

Solicitation for services and facilities to receive, store, and ship Government-owned Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP8. Area of Consideration: 25 mile radius of Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Estimated annual throughput: 1,500,000 bbls. Tankage required:Approximately 433,000 bbls. Minimum of two tanks required; receive via barge/tank trucks; ship via contractor-furnished pipeline/tank trucks. Delivery: 01 July 2001 through 30 June 2002. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
