Description

Whole neighborhood revitalization of 8 historic senior noncommissioned officer three bedroom family quarters constructed in 1906 to current standards. Work includes foundation repair and waterproofing of basements; upgrade electrical system to include relocation of exposed conduit into baseboards; Restore wood double-hung sash windows to include lead based paint removal; Renovate kitchen and replace fixtures in second floor bathroom; Install new full bath in master bedroom and powder room on first floor; Replace the fan coil units with forced air HVAC. Install a patio and provide minor landscaping. Work will be in accordance with historic preservation standards. Magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $1,300,000.00. Duration of the project is 365 calendar days. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
