Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate existing space for an audiology suite in Building 1, VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN, in accordance with contract specifications and drawings. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.Contract completion time is 120 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. NAICS code is 23332, small business average annual receipt of $17 million. This project is to renovate and remodel two existing rooms to create a new audiology suite consisting of an audiometric booth room, audiology office and waiting room. Contractor shall coordinate all work with the booth installer (booth is installed under separate contract). Scope of work includes general construction, demolition, painting, electrical, ceiling, sprinklers, mechanical, flooring, and carpeting. Solicitation will be available on December 22, 2000.
