This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Mesa, AZ, Boeing Precision Gear, Chicago, IL and The Purdy Corporation Manchester, CT. "The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above."
