- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires 2 each inertial navigation measurement units conforming to Litton drawing 311875 Rev L1. Solicitation package will be available for down load via NUWC Division Keyport web site (see below) 6 December 2000. NUWC will require 1st article from any vendor who has not provided these to us in the recent past. Phone requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. Award will be made on or about 21 December 2000. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. See numbered Note 26.*****
