PRON: AX051164AX, NSN: 2840-00-924-7933, PN: 1-100-133-01, Quantity: 82 each plus two option years with a quantity of 81 each year, applicable to the UH-1 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside restricted to the following small businesses: SIFCO Custom Machining Company, Minneapolis, MN 55427-3568 and Dynatech Intl. Corporation, Brentwood, NY 11717-8318. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. By U. S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U. S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Required delivery with First Article Test is 22 each 250 days after contract award and 20 each thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test is due 188 days after contract award. Required delivery without First Article Test is 22 each 200 days after contract award and 20 each thereafter until contract completion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
