Solicitation Number SP0450-01-R-0389, YPG00227000740, NSN3655-01-463-8067, Generating and Charging Station, Air/Nitrogen, Model MANCS-1A Trailer Mounted. System shall include one each Backpack Harness P/N HNS-36 AND One Each Backpack Cylinder and Valve Assembly P/N CYL-54. Cylinder shall be color coded for oil Tolerant Nitrogen Per Mil STD 101B. Requested Item only, will Suffice. Do not Substitute/Interchange. Packaging shall be Standard Commercial in accordance with ASTM D 3951. DOD Code Marking required in Accordance with MIL-STD-129 (Latest Revision) Marking and Bar Coding in Accordance with ANSI/AIM BC 1. Total Quantity is 6 Each. ARO is 120 Days. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Anticipate a Firm fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract with delivery to each DVD Location. Will Not contain EPA Provisions. Does not contain Progress Payment. FOB Origin, Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Non Commercial Item, Item was reviewd by DSCR-JJB and Determined Surge Requirement not necessary. The final contract award may be based up a combination of price, past performance and othe evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
