Subject RFP is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The FOB and I/A is Origin. The ISSUE DATE is: 28 DEC 00, CLOSING DATE is: 29 JAN 01. The Estimated Annual Qty for the Base Year is 67 each and the Ceiling Qty is 99 each. The Estimated Annual Qty for each Option Year is 64 each and the Ceiling Qty is 96 each. The minimum qty per delivery order is 16 each and the maximum qty per delivery order is 35 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty for the Base Year is 35 each and 16 each for each Option Year.
