Description

This is a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for 1,500 packages of Olivetti RFX3100/OFX3100 Ink Cartridges. Each package shall contain 3 cartridges and 1 printhead. Brand name or equal may be quoted. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number KCAO-RFQ-01-03 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This request for quotation and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-20. All line items will be delivered to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture Warehouse, 9240 Troost, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Prices quoted shall include the cost of delivery in accordance with FAR 52.247-34, F.O.B. Destination (Nov 1991). Date of delivery is within 30 days ARO. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (Oct, 2000); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (May, 1999); and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (August, 2000) apply to this acquisition. Include FAR 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Oct, 2000) with your quotation. FAR and FAC clauses are available on the Internet web site http://www.arnet.gov/far. Signed and dated quotations must be submitted to and received on or before 4:00 p.m., CST, December12, 2000.
