Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to NetFusion Incorporated, 352 Hungerford Drive, Suite 400, Rockville, Maryland 20850.Distributed Capacity Management, within the IRS, is tasked with the responsibility of providing capacity studies and system performance evaluations for all IRS distributed systems. The Section is currently using the existing Athene Software tools to perform the system capacity and system performance study for all Tier II systems. Continued maintenance service is necessary to carry out this mission without interruption or system down time. The Athene/UNIX comprehensive performance management product , covers the entire spectrum of data collection, data warehousing performance alerting, performance analysis, modeling, capacity planning, and detailed long term statistical analysis. The following maintenance is required: Service for Athene Control (2), Athene Sentinel (1), Athene Explorers (6), Athene Analyst (6), Athene Planner (6), Athene Auto Reporter (2), Athene Trend (1), Athene CustomeDB (1), Athene Acquires (29), and Acquired Pro-rated at 7.5 months (1), Acquired Pro-rated at 6.5 months (6). All responsible sources that can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than the date listed above from the published date of the announcement. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; delivery date; business size and payment terms. All questions shall be submitted in writing. If no affirmative responses are received the award will be made to NetFusion.
