Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to negotiate solely with Lotus Development Corporation/IBM, Lotus Support Services, 55 Cambridge Parkway, Cambridge, MA 02142 for the renewal of the annual maintenance support of the following Lotus software products: Support Account Manager (SAM), and cc:mail Named Caller ID. Lotus Development Corporation/IBM, is the software manufacturer and the only source capable of providing these resources. Interested parties must respond to this notice by COB, December 15, 2000. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to LOTUSSAMCS. Responses should be submitted to the address cited at the beginning of this notice.
