Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract with (1) Base Year and (2) Option Years if exercised for Batting. This requirement consists of (2) line items. The descriptions are as follows: Line Item 0001 -- BAT0007 -- Permalators, Natural, Wire, 73"LX50"W, in accordance with Federal Specification V-M-96K. Insulators can be open mesh fabric as specified in Para. 3.3.7.2, or wire mat as specified in Para. 3.3.7.4 in accordance with Federal Specification V-M-96K, Dated 02-15-90, and amendment 1 Dated 05-24-90. Unit of Measure: EA. Line Item 0001 -- BAT0008 -- Permalators, Natural, Wire, 74"LX33"W, Natural, Wire, in accordance with Federal Specification V-M-96K. The same description as Line item 0001 also applies. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Atlanta, GA. The estimated quantity for the base and option year is 12,000 EA for Line Item 0001, and 100,000 EAfor Line Item 0002. Delivery acceptance is 30 Days ARO for each delivery order. This requirement is "All or None", and is domestic only. The award will be based on the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are: Price, Past Performance, and Specifications. Additional informatin will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about December 13, 2000.
